When Cyrus sang at Conseco in 2007, scalpers sought $1,840 for a second-row seat that originally went for $56 at the sold-out concert. If you don't snag a seat in the 18,000-capacity basketball arena this time, physical tickets won't be available at marked-up rates on the secondary market.

Beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, purchases can only be made online or by phone. Buyers must use credit cards that will be presented -- along with government-issued photo IDs -- for entry to the concert.
